Question: Who is your favorite male artist and why?
Answer: Eric Benét, I love how he sticks to his style and always stays true to himself through his music and the way he carries himself.
Question: Who is your favorite female artist and why?
Answer: Patti LaBelle, amazing vocalist and beautiful performer! So unique in every way an artist needs to be.
Question: What was the first concert you attended?
Answer: Earth, Wind and Fire.
Question: If you could perform in any venue?
Answer: Apollo Theater, because that's when you know you are good enough to fill a venue that big.
Question: How has music inspired you?
Answer: It has given me a way to release my emotions out through song. It has helped me throughout all my hard times and good times. It's a safe zone when you have nowhere else to go.
Question: Do you have any formal singing training?
Answer: Two lessons.
Question: What album would your friends be surprised you own?
Answer: Ella Fitzgerald.
Question: If you could perform with any person or group, who would it be and why?
Answer: Patti LaBelle because I've been a fan of hers since I was a kid. It would be a dream to be on stage with her or even meet her.
Question: What do you do to unwind after a performance?
Answer: Sing any song.
Question: Which theme week would be most challenging to you and why?
Answer: Pop, because it's totally out of my genre.
Question: What theme week would you love to have for Season 11?
Answer: Motown.
Question: What's your dream song to perform?
Answer: 'Walk Around Heaven' - Mighty Clouds of Joy.
Question: What makes a great performer?
Answer: Confidence.
Question: How do you combat stage fright?
Answer: Breathe and realize people are there for me so there's no reason to have any fear, be thankful and sing your heart out.
Question: How do you plan on differentiating yourself in the competition?
Answer: Try to use my high range to my advantage, not too much, but use it.
Question: If you could model your career after an artist, who would it be and why?
Answer: Eric Benét, because I sing the same genre. I picture myself performing in that same atmosphere.
Question: If you couldn't sing, what other talent would you most like to have?
Answer: To be able to dance.
Question: What has been the most unique job/chore you've ever had?
Answer: I sang at a convention for the deaf. It was an amazing experience. They can't hear me, but they still feel me through my vibrations.
Question: How would you define success in life?
Answer: Enjoying what you do...doesn't matter how much money you make; as long as you enjoy it you are successful in life.
Question: What's the most embarrassing thing you've ever seen or experienced??
Answer: Falling down the bleachers on my first day of high school in front of everybody.

Answer: Dancing on the Merrie Monarch stage.

Answer: How much I'm into Hawaiian culture.

Answer: Candice Glover getting cut from Vegas.

Answer: That I am good enough to be here and that I have a talent - believing in myself.
