Hey, Zack, I hear ya. Grieving a significant loss can be the toughest challenge we face as human beings. You obviously are a very empathetic and caring person with deep feelings or you wouldn't be hurting so badly. That's the good news and the bad news (from one who knows what that's like). Reaching out for support can be hard but it's the best thing for you, and you did it! Step 1 of many along the path to being happy and well. Do all you can to focus on positive things that make you smile and keep you in the Light rather than dismal darkness. Rent some good comedies and watch them until you can laugh out loud and move that dark energy out of your head and heart. See Light in your heart and let it expand to fill you with Love that counters all fear and doubt. Trust you are learning something valuable in this difficult time, and that you will use it to help others some time later. Seek out all the joy you can, and all the best people you can. This too shall pass, and you'll be stronger for it. Identify the lesson so you can move through it, and then may you move with Grace and ease toward greater understanding of yourself and others.
