So you are not a Southerner...just a "foodie"? You fooled me. LOL Yes,I think much of America is too conservative for Adam. Me, I'm so liberal it's extreme. The only thing I can't tolerate is meaness and another Sanjaya. I think without meaness, a lot of other bad things are automatically gone.I do not think the voting was rigged. AI wanted Adam to win just like it wanted Daughtry to win.It was all fair, even if not to my liking and Adam will join the other successfuls. I hope Kris does too.Paula...poor Paula. I think she pushed herself too hard. Let's face it, people her age shouldn't be doing all that chit even with a good back. Dance if you love it, but keep your feet pointed toward the floor. Paula has a good heart...there is not a mean bone in her body. She'll be alright, and if not, at least it isn't illegal.Paula will be there next year, or at least I hope so.
So you liked Kat McPhee....I thought she could really sing but not my type of singing. I'd take little Kellie Pickler, Alexis or Allison any day. To me, Kat was better suited for higher class singing than POP. She was a perfect fit for Foster.Taylor is just a good old Southern boy with a lot of Soul. I saw him in a club not long after Idol and it was great. He was so genuine and was all for the fans. No time limit on the show and did requests for hours after it would have been over. Taylor was my pick of the Idols as far as most talented goes until Adam. Taylor could sing anything that was mentioned to him .He never got out of breath and never sounded off pitch or anything. My favorite of his performances is still "In The Ghetto".The only thing to me that gives Adam an edge on talent is his range. Taylor had a definte range that was his...Adam has no boundairies.You take care and be sure and drop by. I'll be hanging around through the down season.

My name is not Clan nor is it a Sept (family) within any Clan although were protected by certain Clans. We traced our heritage back to the clergy then morphed into the clerks for the chieftains. So our tartan is unique.

My brother was in Scotland so he brought home Kilts in the tartan. However, women didn't wear the kilts...but who cares.

When we attend the Highland Games every year...there are a whole lot of knees showing with all the menfolk being in their kilts. The games are fun to watch and the of course the highland dancing and bagpipe contests. Our favorite is the Border Collies rounding up the sheep. They are AMAZING dogs. Did I mention my husband is a Sicilian?

Good Scotsman...hmmmmmm, I am a quarter Scottish, my paternal grandfather is from Scotland and I have my tartan and attend the Highland Games every year.

Hi my friend...how are you feeling today? Better I hope. The show last night...I was very surprised that Allison got voted off. She just didn't seem to have a large enough fan base. For me..it is way too predictable naming Adam for the win...the votes can go either way. After last season...this was wasn't that exciting for me ;) I will be posting later tonight. Hi D!! I will blog later tonight...I think Danny is more R&B...I like his voice...kind of reminds me a little of the lead singer in Journey...I voted for 2 hours last night for him!!
