I actually think Adam's cuter (no one talks about that). BUT: Kris' arrangement of a very dorky song was stellar. I didn't even recognize it as the pop version Adam sang. As has been the case all season, no one talked about his ARTISTRY in making what Kara wrote into a song. In fact, Kara said not to judge Kris on that song but the whole season as if she KNEW he did a better job. hmmmph.

You Kris fans make me laugh. Kris is such a wonderful guy and is not self-indulgent. I thought Kris' fans are nice too. But now, I have to change my mind. Can all of you just be honest? The first song, Kris and Adam did wonderful. The last two songs, Adam definitely outsang Kris. No doubt about it in my mind. BTW, the last song, I believe it was written for Danny. Don't you guys realize it would suit for Danny perfectly? Think! |

What are you basing your opinion on? Just listening or crowd reaction? I think Kris turned a pretty lame song into about the best possible between the two. I am just curious because out my 4 decades of playing, I have meet very few who have Perfect pitch. I mean some one who can be blindfolded and recognize say the timbre of a note or even distingush say C or Fsharp. We tend to over react to a song on the first listen , however maybe after listening again say he I am beginning to like that song. Seen many great chances missed because someone underestimated a song and won't record it and then live to regret it. strangely more curious than usual, Fish |

Gosh, how could you tell? The song was so horrid, my ears couldn't make sense of it. I love both singers and I thought each tried to do the best they could with the worst song I think I've ever heard on television (at least that I can think of). I felt for them because they are both serious about this competition and are forced to try to sing this mess of a song. Sorry to be so negative, but I was embarassed for both of them. I thought they were both gracious about it.

They both didnt do well on the last song. Kris made more glaring errors (forgetting the lyrics, way off tune some parts), but when he did hit the notes, it sounded soulful and totally at peace with it Adam had no major blunders but the song choice was really one of the worst for him, he needs either a high register like whole lotta love or a low register song like mad world , this medium register song from kara just killed him. I would give the slight edge to Kris, JMO |

Kara is an Archie songwriter, and this song has Archie written all over it. He would open up his innocent belief and it would sound gorgeous. Kris actually sang it in Archie's key, Eb, too high for Kris, which hurt him a lot. |

I think the last song neither of them hit it spot on. It was a little to high for Kris... yes he has a good range but it just seemed too high at some points but Adam wasn't great on the last song either. The one thing I like about Kris is he has stayed himself through the whole competition. I believe he connects more with his audience and I would much rather sit through a Kris concert than an Adam concert
