Even though both guys can sing, Chris actually sings the songs instead of screaming them. I also think it's a crock that the final song was wrote for Adam(and he sang it really bad).

I really hope Kris pulls it off, I don't want Adam to win.

I truly hope that Kris takes the title.  Kris is the more rounded musician/singer/songwriter and came up with cool, original arrangements of tunes every week.  I think he will appeal to more groups of people.   He blew it out of the park with "Ain't No Sunshine."  That was incredible.  I would buy that in a heartbeat.  I think it shows what kind of music he would put out on an album.  I thought his second song was very good as well, and liked it better than Adam's.  I think more than any of the contestants, Kris is the true artist.  Some of the others like Danny were great singers, but Kris certainly is the artist.

I liked Adam's first song, "Mad World" ("Tracks of My Tears" would be have been my favorite of his).  But other than those two tunes, he always starts screaming, which is very annoying.  His second song started out well, but then halfway through he started screaming again, which ruined it.  There is a difference between hitting the notes and screaching them out.  I can't believe the judges have not called him on that, as they do everyone else who screams, and no one has screamed more than Adam.  If he would stop doing that, he is capable of singing well.

It was unfair to choose the Kara song in way too high a key for Kris, though neither one of them sounded good on that one.  Seemed like a setup to try to make Kris look bad since he has a much lower voice than Adam.  Can't say I cared for the tune at all.  They should have let them sing their own song choices, especially since they've been getting on them all season about how important it is to sing a song which shows what kind of artist they will be and which showcases their skills.  I sincerely doubt either of them would have chosen that song to sing.  I think Adam was just being gracious when he said it was "beautiful".  I couldn't understand the lyrics at all when Adam sang, probably due to the usual screaming, and he hit all kinds of bad notes.  Poor Kris was struggling and straining to try to hit the high notes, but his vocal tone and quality sounded much better than Adam, and at least you could understand the lyrics, which seemed kind of corny and lame (sorry Kara).  He did "Allenize" the ending with his usual twist, which was the best part of the song.  He did what he could with the song, but you could understand the sigh of relief when it was over.   It was hard to listen to that song twice, no matter who sang it.

I've been a great fan of Kris from the beginning, and he grew and grew on me every week.  I think he deserves the win.  Go Kris!

kris rocks the world. i know alot of people who say he is going to win and there correct. this is complete torture waiting for the results. go kris
