Yes!  Thank you Adam!!  My kitties shown here will be better off in a world with you, too!  What a terrific role model for being true and kind and compassionate.   You've touched many lives, and I can't wait to hear and see you more (only, I probably won't be able to afford the tour tix for your tour! lol)

I'm a grandmother of five and I too have to thank Adam for entering AI.  You have made this season so exciting and something to look forward to each week.  During this rough economic time you have been beyond a shadow of doubt the most uplifting artist who gave us something to think about besides the bad times.  You have been a BRIGHT LIGHT during one of the darkest times of this century.  Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to give us a smile and to hear the voice of a true performer.  Also thank you for choosing to sing "It's A Mad World".  Without a doubt it was what shot you to the top and got everyone talking both young and old.  One of my all time favorite groups was Tears For Fears so the choice of that song was ultimate in my book.  I might be just a little prejudiced as our family met Tears For Fears several years before they even had their first hit when they first came to our country and we spent allot of time together just learning about each other's country.  Never would have dreamed they would become as popular as they did.  I hope in the future you sing another one of their songs because your voice is so perfect for their style and I really hate to admit it but Adam you made their song even more beautiful.  Very good choices last night, I really have to hand it to you because I think you drew in more of a variety of people young and old into your fold because of the choices you made and your artistic touch on the songs.  Oh and I know some people didn't like Kara's song but I think the way YOU sang it really made the song and I loved it.  Win or lose you are a winner no matter what and I can't wait to see you in Phoenix for the tour.  Thank God I have great seats.  I may be disabled and my family was trying to discourage me from going because they know it will be a true trial of pain for me to go but just seeing you in person and listening to you sing and most of the other's in the group will be my medicine for the pain.  We love you and thank you for your talent.

Thank You Adam for being the amazing, talented, caring terrific young man that you are! For reminding us what really matters is caring and loving for one another. For kicking hatred, bigotry, and all those other ugly things to the curb. For being faultlessly polite and thankful every single time you are seen. For the wonderful way you handle the press hounds, for entertaining us in ways we have forgotten about! For bringing back the joy and mystique of bygone eras.

For that rich throaty laugh which makes everyone else start laughing as well. For just being YOU! For caring for your fellow competitors and turning this entire season into the finest I've seen ever. Thank you! Thank YOU! THANK YOU a hundred million billion times over for sharing yourself and your journey with us, the entire world. For inspiring people everywhere.  We can't thank you enough for everything, every single moment we've shared with you.  Every heartfelt moment you sang your heart, soul, and lungs out for us.  Gave us joy and hope and showed us how much more growth you've attained throughout all of this.  You astonish, delight, challenge, and encourage us all.

And your brilliant new career has just begun.  We can hardly wait to watch you continue on your dazzling, inspiring, wonderful journey into this next phase of your life!  :)

For all the past, present, and future kids who feel different and like they don't fit in - I second the sentiments here.
