I love him live on t.v. but I also love his studio versions.  I even love a couple of his studio versions better than the live ones.  He's a rare artist that can sound great both ways.  Sounds like he sounds even better live in person - can't wait to hear him on the AI tour, then his cd and then his solo tour!!

Yeah, I feel the same!  Can we say 'has it all'?

He's certainly one-of-a-kind, that's for sure.  I can't wait till he's making music that he wants to make and is in his own element.  He's a visionary. He knows that different genres appeal to different people and that he has the chops to do it all.  I think the best is yet to come of him. He's going to take us into the future you wait and see.  I'm ready for the rideLaughing *strapping on seatbelt*

that sound AMAZING in raw performances.  There are many singers out there that sound great on the radio, but when they're performing live...not so much.  Adam is a total exception.  He's flawless!  I love the studio versions of his songs, but I especially love the edge in his voice when he's performing.  I can't wait to buy his CD, and I hope he'll be able to retain some of that edge in his songs.

You are so right.  I can remember going to see some of my favourite performers live and being very disappointed because they weren't as good as they were on cd.  They needed the studios to cover up all their flaws.  I know Adam will not be like that.  He is going to put on the show of a lifetime and his cds are going to sound wonderful.

Being on stage all those years doing live performances, you HAVE to have vocal chops! You can't fake it. Adam is rare indeed. He will be such an asset to the music scene. His live performances will blow everyone away! I will see him a week from tomorrow, 2nd row!!! Tacoma Dome!

Personally, I think Adam Lambert is a better singer than Freddie Mercury.  For one thing, he is more versatile and another thing is that his vocal range is more octaves.  Not to mention that,  he is better looking!
