I’m not the only Canadian suffering from Adamainia. The screams last Friday were a testament to that. Adam’s scream is as much a trademark for him as his black fingernails and guy-liner. But all of Copps Coliseum seemed determined to challenge Adam to a screaming contest: and I think Canada won. Read about it here: sites.google.com/site/prescottstories/jo... |

Adam is FABULOUS live. He sounds better live than most artists sound in the studio. I have two c.d.s of his performances on A.I.- one is all studio versions, the other is his live performances. I listen to the live versions a lot more than the studio versions. Adam is a perfect, rare jewel!!

what I love Adam most is, his always-smile/laugh, even Simon Coweel was horrible to him after the sing, he never "horrible back", and, he always can turn the thing to the other side. most memorable moment is, he was laughing and saying" no, i thought that was a great movie" nice, Adam. Adam is really a star and a person you want to hang out with. |

In the recording studio, the techs have the ability to tweet wrong notes by pitching them higher or lower. Plus they can splice individual notes to get the sound they want. You can send a lousy singer into a recording studio and with enough trickery and machinery turn out a nice song. I really noticed the difference from Kris's No Boundaries live versus his studio version. I applaud Adam for going out there on the stage and nailing those notes perfectly. And then there's all the color he adds....Can't wait to follow his career.
In the end, Love will conquer all.

yeah, you are right...
Adam is an amazing singer especially when he sings soft, tender, slow songs, like Mad World, ONE, TRACK OF TEAR;
as of this, Kris Allen is also an; amazing, outstanding singer too, his singing really can drag the audience/listeners to the exactly scene that songs are about. they two really deserve the runner-up and champion. |

Speaking of "rare" artists...I saw a rerun on Oprah today. Simon Cowell talked about the contestants who walk into the auditions with the apparent "it" factor. They stand out in full color from the rest who are in black and white! He said they are rare and that they should be...like "rare diamonds, they shine"! Then he predicted Adam, with his "it" gene and swagger, to win...boo hoo for that outcome...but anyway... Adam is that rare, colorful, swaggering, it factor diamond...shining brightly...and there, Simon did not get it wrong!

agrreeeddd... you just dont come across amazing artists like that all the time. Which is the reason i believe that idol's bar has been set so high by adam that this season it cant be topped! who agrees? |
