Words often grease the axle of our language, Kat, so, yes,  US PEOPLE rather enjoy words.  Now, as words apply to the subject of this thread, the correct answer depends upn what you mean by "doing better".   In terms of a recording career in post-Idol days, that's uncertain at this stage.  Both Kris and Adam have released CDs which are terrific in quality, and both are getting glowing reviews, although, personally, I like Adam's is better, primarily on the basis of "Time For Miracles".  So, even if it's too early to determine the real "Chart Topper" right now, I have Adam slightly ahead, with apologies to Kris' fans.   But, then, I like to apply the question "Who's doing better" to other areas as well.   I can't help but to look at Kris' domestic life and (in a quick rhyme) his lovely wife, and I'm sure that wonderful type of female companionship she provides, something Mr. Lambert obviously is lacking by his own choice.  Since that type of domestic felicity plays an all-important part in my analysis of this question, my old conventional ways leads me to feel that if Kris isn't doing better, he still isn't doing too shabby at all.
