I won't be watching anymore this season. I will however, buy anything and everything that Casey does. I will wait in line for tickets to his show. He will be very very famous and making music for people long after all of the other contestants have been forgotten.

you were a great musician, a good singer but your undoing was your performing was over the top annoying and immature and self indulgent. Lucky for you-Simon wasn't judging this year or he would have made mince meat out of your performances.

Well, what can I say, Casey? Just thanks, man. God, it was fun. I always knew you weren't going to be there at the end of this thing because you're not mediocre enough for America's taste. I'm just glad the judges saved you so we could enjoy you a little bit longer. The door's not shut, it's wide open now, as you well realize. Good luck, you can do anything you put your mind to from here on out. Can't wait to see how far you go. God bless.

What a loss. Casey was one of my favorites from the beginning. I like people who take risks and shake up things on the stage and he definitely did that. And I liked his growling. It at least shows me he's aggressive, alive and has passion. And he has chemistry with whoever he's on stage with. Best exit performance ever on the show. Never knew what to expect from him and I wish I was able to watch him do something new again next week. I look forward to his future projects.

wow . just... wow. when i saw that casey left i cried. i seriously cried my eyes out, casey was too amazing and talented to let go, ugh... it should have been jacob or scotty because casey really does not deserve to go home , he is COMPLETELY a music genius and he should have won this competion . now there is really no point of watching american idol considering america just let go one of america's most amazing singers. very smart guys.. you'll never see someone like that again. Casey is a good guy but I did not care for his singing. I think Stefano was much better and the timing should have been reversed.

I think that I probably died when I saw Casey go home, but since he's been in the competition, I think we're not gonna hear the last of Casey, I know some recording director would be honoured to have an to work with such a great artist like Casey!
