Well Naima was the only reason I watched this show and now that I have no reason to watch it any more I can go back to ANTM, you will be missed Naima America got it wrong when they did not vote for you now the show will go back to what it was a boring battle of the ballads this show has lost something and I don't know if they can get it back. Naima....what a greatful, intelligent grounded talent. She did not need to win AI, she will be successful because of the head on her shoulders. I cant wait to watch hear soar....... Naima think HOMES (more than on) you are destined.

I'm on verge of tears.... I feel saaaame way as Malinday, this girl's... all heart and soul. Buuut sadly, I didn't like her reggae take on EJ, either. I hate reggae altogether, but I sooo desparately wanted her to stay and see what else she could do... ;(;(;(;(

I cant believe the way this works , I know this lady can sing better than at least 2 of the people still on the show , I want say who they r but if u listen to her and then the males that r left on the show , U know who Im talkin about if U know the music business at all u will see who continues after the show is over and some of them will be right back where they started, cause there not performers, as she is.

Naima deserved to go. Initially I liked her, appreciated her story and wished her well. But she just lost it each week in - bad choices, bad presentation.

Naima is too good and out of the normal group of singers, that unfortunately for her, all this talent it was hard to understand. When she sang "Summertime" and Randy compared her with Fantasia, saying that nobody sings that song like Fantasia, I lost the "left over" of the respect I had for American Idol. Fantasia is 100000000000000000000000000000000000000000000% nasal. I am sure she won because she did target the millions of the religious people of this country (in each one of her presentation the raised her arm to the "lord"... yeah, right, and years later she was involved with a married man). Anyway, going back to my point about Naima, she is excellent in voice, presence, and personality. And by the way, I have won few awards because of my voice, and I also have recorded many jingles for TV and Radio commercials, so, I know what I am talking about. I really hope some intelligent Producer gets in touch with this girl and gave her the place she deserves. Unfortunately, not always the good one reaches the top; that's why there are "singers" like Britney Spears, who sounds like a chipmunk with the flu, on the top of the musical charts.

Good. I disliked Naima's voice. I didn't hate who she was, just how she sang. And Thia, she's good, but she has NO personality! Basically, she should have been in last year's group, because they weren't interesting at all. I'm glad they are gone. There are more talented and deserving people in this group than they. I wish Thia and Niama well :)

Thank you Naima sooooo much! You are the complete package! I dont get it how the judges love how Casey takes some musical chances and they love him for it, but you take chances and they work! And they have nothing positive to say. I dont get it. I loved what you did on "Im Still Standing" you made the reggae work. I would have never thought of that song like that. You are great! Naima's eyes are SO beautiful! I love her make-up. And this is a grandma here. I miss her so much. She has such a big heart and brought so much joy when she performed. She made my heart smile. The problem was not that voters didn't know how good Pia was. We knew. The problem was the same as it has always been with Idol voting, namely that we are not allowed to vote for the person that we would like to see voted OFF. If Idol would change the method of voting, we would get rid of these ridiculous early vote-offs of top contenders.

Something smells really funny to me! American Idol you need to seriously reconsider your voting methods. All the people voted off so far have been women! This is ridiculous! Pia was by far one of the best on the show. You are going to loose countless fans if it continues like this. The one vote they had to save someone went to save Casey whom we all know is a male. Your asking us all to vote for our favorites and if that is truly happening then I demand a recount! Kelly and Carrie are your top selling Idols am I not correct? This makes NO SENSE. Pia!!!!! This season has been very hard to sit through because there are people in the top ten that do NOT deserve to be there. Jacob being one of them. Don't get me wrong, I think he's a really cool person and I like his personality a lot but honestly, he sings like he's trying to defecate a tree trunk. Casey has just become irritating. I swear to god, if he growls one more time while he's singing I'm gonna barf. Stefano shouldn't have been wild carded in the first place. Paul is irritating as well. I can handle about 10 seconds of his grit and that's about it. Scotty, as much as I HATE the genre of country music, has done well so far and Haley has finally hit her stride but Pia...you outshine them completely. I had the same issue with the ballads as the judges did and was so happy when you came out an nailed it on a more uptempo song. Don't you worry about this little bump in the road. You're going to get a recording contract anyway and be able to live out your dream.

Pia, thank you for sharing your beautiful voice and amazing talent! I am shocked and saddened by tonight's outcome. If Pia is gone that means anything could happen. I though she would be one of the final three!

I can't believe that she was moved off. everyone is sick over this. I thought several were good. Im 60 yrs old and I know good singing and Pia has it. I am not sure that I will watch any longer....or my son....its too upsetting....IM angry over this .....

She should not have been voted off. The 3 judges messed up by using their save way too early. Pia is and was the best. I wasn't AI to announce their has been a recount.

I can't stop crying because I miss Pia, and the great performances she would have given. It's not right! The Judges used the save too soon and wasted it on Casey. Only Jacob is in Pia's league. Pia was the strongest constestant and should have won Idol! Casey will be the Sanjiyah of 10. There should make another exception and make a second save for Pia. Just like making Casey the extra person on the tour. Had he not been included the judges wouldn't have wasted the save on Casey and could have saved PIA! I can't stand the injustice!

I can believe it. I think Jennifer Lopez had something to do with it. She couldn't allowed someone with so much talent and beautiful as Pia can take over the world. She probably did a ritual to her gods or did vodoo to have her voted off. Pia is beautiful and she will make it far and will be bigger and better than JLO. Dont give up PIa you will be big.

everyone should bring together and NOT watch idol for the reason of the season! and make the ratings sky dive ! PIA deserved to be there, but they wasted the save on someone they NOW know didn't deserve it! Bring Pia back some how, or make give her what she deserves right away! Shes a winner, and everyone knows that!

I hope David Foster is on the phone with Pia tonight and that she has not contractually tied herself to Idol producers for a couple years which may be the case. Their flawed voting formula has failed her mightily.

The producers have allowed the show to become a teeny-bopper popularity contest based upon who acts cute and can prance the stage and/or a contest with subtle religious and cultural implications, notwithstanding real vocal talent. The ability to form teams to tie up the phones and vote multiple times is a KEY issue and flaw that better be stopped soon or the show could be in trouble! Use the internet and allow one vote per person.

Also, why not require contestants to sing at least one ballad, mid tempo and uptempo two times during the whole show process, so we are forced to hear how they handle the three. Moreover the 3 judges who obviously worked many extra hours to bring a top notch group of kids to the stage had no way to save Pia TONIGHT. There are flaws in the process. It started to reach a head last year when Kris the Christian beat Adam the gay man. Voting multiple times is ridiculous and unfair. Why not force voters to use only the internet like the polling politicians do so that IP addresses and cookies can stop the multiple voting teams that pit Christians against gays, country against pop or urban, cute/outgoing vs. more introspective yet talented, etc. This might be the straw that broke the camel's back. Producer Simon Lythgoe and Ryan Seacrest should also have a new save system where both the public AND the judges can rectify obvious irregularities involving phone tie-ups, voting multiple times with little girls voting for cute guys against talented female singers voted off.

The judges are all big time pros under big contracts who worked very hard to get such a great group; but perhaps they allowed the producers to maintain too much control over flaws in the voting process mentioned above. I will not watch again this year. Why? VOTE FRAUD!

I am so up set Pia was voted off and others with average voices are still remaining! I WAS a Fan of Idol, but NOT anymore! This started off the best season to the WORST season! I blame the Judges always giving positive praise to everyone, and then finding flaws in Pia. Come on Jennifer, praising Stanfano's performance...HE IS JUST AVERAGE!

Stunned ! America really got it wrong, and the judges are so to blame for this travisty! This is what the judges save is for. They so wasted their save this year on Casey. There is no way he is in the same calibor as Pia at any level. He should have gone home. It really sets me off with the lack of talent in comparison that is left and someone like Pia is eliminated. It was so obvious that it was the wrong thing to send Pia home. There has to be a better way of avoiding this kind of obvious mistake. I like that america has a say to some extent, but what the heck does america know about real talent. America's vote is a popularity vote at best and there needs to be a vote of reason in obvious mistakes like this one. The judges need to be honest with the viewers about who is strong and who is weak. They have the power to influence the vote and saying that every performance is awesome is NOT reality. They are the reason Pia was voted off.

I hate that pia got voted off she was a great singer. I voted over 100 times but not one of my votes was for her, and the person I voted for was not in the bottom three. So if you did not vote for her then you can not complain about her being voted off. J/S
