Possible, two men in the ifnals!  However, Phillips has the most to gain and is himself.  Jessica, great voice needs little more experience assistance.  Joshua will make it with a contract.  Phillip is it, and real is real and his emotions show in every way.

Jessica should have been sent home. She doesn't have it. All her and Joshua can do is scream and to me that is not singing. They both come across as egotists!!!!

I'm not a big James Brown fan, but that rendition of "It's a Man's World" by Joshua Ledet made my heart race!! I could feel the passion right through my TV!!! Needed a glass of wine after that!!

Jessica Is the best singer .I think Joshua is a just too loud .I hate to listen.He is a good singer though.I love Jessica.

I stole this blog comment and I agree with it wholeheartedly.  They should critique their performances, clothes etc.  They should no make it their goal to gush over their personal favorites.  When Jessica was VOTED OFF and (of course) saved because she was their fav, they made very uncouth comments saying that she is "the BEST" singer, which was totally unfair to the others.  America voted her OFF.  American Idol, a competition, judges should be IMPARTIAL. Why do we not have impartial judges on AI? They are incapable of making decisions individually. If one stands to give a standing ovation, they all stand. You can tell that even though the other two weren't planning on standing, they do because the first one is. Come on judges! Think for yourself! When Simon was on the show, he often remained seated when one or both of the other judges stood. And quit providing unfair advantages to Jessica. Yes she is a phenomenal singer, but let America decide on their own. Judges should not try to sway the audience. They should be IMPARTIAL. Showing favortisim makes the whole concept fake. Like one of the others reviewers said, this is turning America off and making people NOT want to vote for her. You're not helping her (or any of the contestants for that matter). Make Jimmy a judge. Get rid of Steven, place Jimmy in Simon's old chair as the lead judge and put Randy back where he belongs. AI is not as fun to watch because of this. The judges and the show is becoming too predictable.

#1 - It's a tie between Joshua and Jessica (I couldn't decide which one was better. I really hope they both go to the finale)

The reason Phillip Phillips doesn't get standing ovations is because he doesn't deserve them (ever thought of that?) - He definitely should have gotten voted off a long time ago!  Joshua deserves to win this competition.  Ever notice how the judges are always telling the other contestants to sing with such feeling that they can PULL the audience into their soul, and notice how they have such trouble doing that? (that's because it's not natural for them!) - Joshua Ledet has that god-given talent and expericnce to "naturally" do that without working so hard!  He is always looking straight  into the camera - he's not only singing to his audience, but also to us.  He's so damn talented.  Yes, Jessica is good, but Joshua sings with so much feeling and emotion he puts tears in your eyes.  Looks like someone that has come from a very very good religious family - his dad is a preacher an he has many other brothers and sisters.  When he sang that James Brown song, I thought the roof would fall off!  The judges are highly complimening the other contestants only to be "fair", but their feeling about Joshua is so true and real - can't you tell by their comments?  Come on, get a life, get on Joshua's bandwagon - and vote for Joshua - after all, he's from Louisiana, a crayfish-eating, cajun-cooking, Mardi Gras "good ole' time" area.  So how can we go wrong voting for a Westlake, La. contestant?  His voice is just "AMAZING"!

i can't believe I'm doin' this... ok lemme tell my piece.. seen how the judges defied the true meaning of standing ovation. the most sincere standing ovation was with jessica. much as they wanted not to stand - they did for one obvious reason - jessica's the greatest among them. judges obviously ran out of adjectives to define exactly that performance of her.learned that voters hate who the judges love. i'm not pro jessica - just don't like joshua - america got too much of his kind. and jessica is the only one among them who can beat him.

I looove all of their voices but I love Phillip and Hollie best, yes she may have been in the bottom two for the past few weeks but she must be doing something right to still be here. Phillip and Hollie TO ME are original, there are already waaaaaaay too many Jessica's and Josh's out there not saying they are bad they all can sing!!!

How come Hollie made it to the final 4? O.o She was always at the bottom 3. and when Jessica was on the bottom 3, Hollie was safe. Seriously, is that believable? Skylar should be the one on the final 4 instead of Hollie. Yes, Hollie's voice is big but not the best. She is not even consistent, oh my bad, she is consistent in being on the bottom three. If she'll win, I guess what Randy said was incomplete. It takes consistency to win this competition. CONSISTENT in being on the BOTTOM 3. Sorry for the Hollie fans but its the damn truth!
