Tonight was a great night for idol. The judges were almost right on tonight, but Randy and Simon were both totally stupid to trash Adam's first and last performances.

Favorite Performances Of The Season:

Adam - Perfect choice, the first time he sang Mad World it blew me away. Tonight, wow, even better than the first time.

Kris - Good choice of song, not too sure about the pause at the begining, it almost sounded like he forgot the second lyric but then remebered it, just a little lapse of memory there. I perferred his first performance of this song, but he did have some great vocal moments in there. 

Simon Fuller's Choices:

Adam - Awesome, that was beyond fantastic. Hat's off to Simon Fuller, perfect song choice. His vocal's on that song were beautiful, and that was of his best performances this season. I loved the blusey feel to that, Adam's arrangement was completly orginial, and absolutly mesmorizing. 

Kris - Not my favorite of the night. He was really pitchy and at times the guitar was really painful to listen to.  I agreed with Simon.

No Mountains - Sung by both:

Adam - This is his song. His vocals were wow, beyond what any normal person can possibly sing, and I love the song too. When he sings, people listen, and he has the voice of angel. He is a rock god. I agreed with Kara, Paula, and Simon. 

Kris - This song was way too high for him, and not his best performance but I did admire the way the judges handled this and by not throwing him under the bus showed a lot of class on their part.
